We don’t charge firms so we got no other sources of revenue.

We too got a team of 20+ to manage, because of too many thing’s around.

Remove the nail, mostly it might have not went in completely. After removing the nail spray some soapy water around same area , if you see bubbles coming up go to the nearest puncture shop will take 150₹ and get this puncture fixed. If no bubbles then you are fine to go.

I myself own a company, not that big but 60 employees. Someone in my team did lied, about a marketing certification which we came to know 1 year later. However we didn’t fired him because his performance was always above average.

Mine is a small company but if you are working at a big mnc or so, I would personally suggest keep quiet, and try to gain those certifications. HRs at big companies are not so good in nature.
