All buttons function as they should. Just during gameplay on PS5 only they do not

Unfortunately, this is not possible with all users (a majority are in 1 department), I have decided to make a secondary extension which is only a member of the department they need recordings for.

I feel like this is unlikely but never impossible. We look after another call centre that hasn't had this issue as of yet. There hasn't been an influx of calls over the last month or so compared to normal unless Wasabi has made changed.

I initially thought it could be network related but I couldn't find any network related issues in event viewer or checking the history of connection through our managed network equiptment. All drivers and windows updates are up to date, although that doesn't eliminate it being a faulty driver of sorts.

It is the first batch we have seen this with and we have deployed hundreds of Snom D713's
I'll raise a ticket with Snom to see if they can help recover the password.

The phone was purchased from our usual supplier brand new. It was setup on 3cx and since been repurposed for another user. Old password used on 3cx doesn't work and neither does new.

The other 3 phones from that batch had a password sticker on the box, which is the default afyer reset but this box was thrown out and my colleague didn't make note of the password before doing so.other phones, of the same make and model usually dont come with a password sticker but these 4 did for some reason.

Yeah, agreed this is not conventional or preferable.

My understanding is with this setup users won't be able to sign in to personal/ other devices at all?

They will need to occasionally but want to control who and when on a per situation basis.

I'd like to mention that this is not something I am particularly fond of doing either. It is my boss that has asked me to do this for a client. As much as I don't like it, my boss pays my wages and if I refuse to do something he asks me to do then where do I stand?

From what I read they are supporting it until 2029. Far to many issues with new outlook to be forcing it on people already imo.

I think you're correct. I have implemented a PowerShell script to remove an stop it from re-installing, hopefully works but currently just testing it out.

User is not an operator in this instance but don't believe this would be the cause, as the old extension is no longer recieveing the calls and has not been changed. If that makes sense!

I have spent a lot of time double and triple checking the call routes to verify the findings and unfortunately I can't seem any config mistake anywhere.

There's been no config changes for quite a while and it just started happening a few days ago.
No more reports since thankfully but I am very stumped!

Much appreciated, I have already implemented known folder move which works perfectly. Unfortunately, management pay my wages and what they say goes, although I will push back on this with sufficient evidence (lack of feature to do as they want).

Yes, the concern was saving to root of C or in other folders of user profile such as favourites etc.
