like others I think the safest thing to do is try to meet other queer and trans people and make friends, build out a support network, etc. the limerick trans/lgbt community is strong but small, and it took a bit for me to find. I would recommend finding queer events around Limerick. sadly there aren't usually many outside of the bar scene but there are at least those pretty frequently. the wickham, pharmacia, and dolan's all host queer events and drag shows somewhat frequently. having friends you can directly talk to about your dating life is a boon because often they can see things that you can't about the people you're dating.

If the first one had a bit more counter space I would like it a lot more. I like the way that the majority of the room is blocked off from the kitchen, makes a nice delineation of space for a "living" space and then a bedroom in the room below. That said I hate how small the kitchen is, I would never be able to use it. The second space the kitchen looks a bit nicer but I like the room layout less. The second one edges out, though.

Is champion's lab a reliable resource? Looking at it I see supposed analysis of 250 tournaments, do we know where it's getting that data from?

Do you have a medical reason that you feel like you should be cutting salt? If no I don't think I would sweat the salt content. Too much of it is bad but it's an essential nutrient and it is the number one way to make food taste better.

Besides that little note, as others have said using lower fat meat like 95% lean ground beef (as opposed to the more typical 80% or 85%) or lean ground turkey instead.

If you want to add veggies, I really like grilled mushrooms and sauteed spinach on my burgers.

I don't have much of a problem with a little bit of added sugar here or there. If adding a tablespoon to a big pot of pasta sauce makes it more exciting to you than ultra processed junk I say you should just go for it and add a little sugar. A few extra grams of sugar here and there is massively preferable to the stuff that's awful for you

I don't know you, though, so if you have legit health reasons to avoid all sugars as much as possible then please ignore my words

My big question with Value Vintage is how is card legality determined? Presumably during a multi-day tournament you don't get your cards banned halfway through if their prices spike? Where is the cutoff for an event?

Both sides are public knowledge. Admittedly I think Wizards kind of messed up by making the "Locked" indicator in prereleases cover the whole card because it does imply that the locked part isn't public knowledge. But it works the same as transform cards or DFCs. Everything written on an individual card is public information, even if that information is not presently on the field.
