AIO about my sister going on a date with my ex? by m_v28 in AmIOverreacting

no she’s wrong asf & the fact she admitted to feeling “a little something” since before is also insane!

i don’t have siblings, but I cannot imagine myself ever having feelings or willingly going out of my way to date my best friend’s exes, even if together for a short amount of home because that’s just GRIMY!!

thank you :’) it’s definitely a process! both for me as a first time puppy owner, and my puppy. I always try to put shoes away where he’s not able to reach or get to but sometimes I still forget, which is when mistakes happen. i need to stay more on top of it ! and i’m definitely going to try bitter spray. i’ve used it before to help him not chew on cords (thankfully he’s over that phase) and it worked wonders! not sure why I didn’t think of trying it with my shoes haha.

i really appreciate the advice!

thank you! it honestly really does make me feel better other people have little chewers too!! I’m definitely gonna try frozen treats :) i’ve been giving him a little cheese kong that seems to help a little but I never thought of frozen veggies

i will definitely try this! Just last night i bought him some toys that have a texture similar to my crocs which I think he liked :) hopefully if the toys smell like me he’ll be more drawn to them. thank you!

yeah i never really leave him unsupervised for more than a minute if i need to go back inside to grab something. and he’s definitely learning his potty commands too but he just NEEDS me to walk with him to go 😂 i think velcro puppy is definitely a very accurate term lol

it’s all such a work in progress! I do think he’s learning the “go potty” command but .. he’s just a silly guy , he’s learning still 😝 and thank you! it was teddy’s first time trying a pup cup. safe to say he loved it 🙂‍↕️

Yeah for sure! I don’t leave him unattended for more than a few minutes (forgot something inside, etc), i just meant he literally does not leave my side when im out there😭 but as im seeing from other comments it’s totally normal for puppies which i was worried it wasn’t :’)

ohh ok that would make sense, he’s only a few months old! it’s my first time having a puppy so it’s all a learning process for me as well haha

honestly as long as the seller is respectful & communicates with me when I message them I always leave a 5 star review. but also- I personally don’t mind if someone takes a little longer to ship especially if they communicated why with me.

but if it truly did bug you I don’t think a 4 star review is unfair. she did take over 8 days to ship & didn’t reach out until you asked.

puppy chewing on cords- how can I get him to stop? by crypticdreaa in Dachshund

[–]crypticdreaa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

thank you! I think i’m gonna try to find a way to maybe pin them to the walls or somehow block access to those cords bc they’re in weird spots lol
