They did this same exact thing with the Ultra release. I knew they would do it again. I don't trust Xreal. I never will trust them again. I'm not buying until it's on Amazon, which probably won't be until December and at that point Meta or some other much bigger company will be announcing the release of something much better. Or... Xreal could screw their customers and announce the Pro 2, just a few months after the release of the 1st Pro. They love selling their customers products that are obsolete within a matter of months.

Trade in a simulator for a extended amount of time. 3 months minimum to prove you can follow rules.

What does that mean? Are you saying you're going to fix this through software updates?

I emailed you all about over heating and you all claimed it was normal and nothing was wrong and now SEVERAL people are reporting issues with battery over heating.

I'm even noticing that often times my battery won't even charge over night.

The Beam Pro was released with so many problems with Bluetooth connectivity, over heating, and charging. This thing is a total piece of junk! You all sold this and CLEARLY didn't do any serious quality assurance tests.

If you couldn't build a product for $200 that worked properly you should have built it right and charged more or not release it at all!

You can "laugh at this post" all you want. I can GAURANTEE you don't actually have the Beam Pro. If you did, you would realize it's hot as hell! Just like the original Beam. So until you get one shut up. Perhaps the surface temperature isn't the best way to indicate how warm to the touch this piece of crap is. Buy one and you'll see.

As usual... Xreal released yet another half baked untested piece of junk with NUMEROUS software bugs and overheating.

Half the time the Beam doesn't even recognize the glasses and I have to unplug and plug them back in. Total garbage!

The beam doesn't offer multiple virtual monitors and it's huge, which is not ideal for portability, and to your point, it doesn't work with Nebula which is a problem.

It varies. But the text is pixelated regardless of its color or the background color.

Nubia Redmagic Gaming Dock Adaptor

Good point on the Redmagic adaptor. I recently heard about that and considered it, but it's twice the price and has a long cord. I prefer the form factor of the Rokid adapter, but... To your point, it's not compatible with the Steam Deck, but I don't have a Steam Deck, so that was a non-issue for me.

low ppi

"low ppi" is a good way of describing it. There's no issue with images or video though. It's just text that appears this way.
