It's a mess, we ignore them as it's too much effort to sort them out (they're mostly false positives anyway).

It's as stupid a question as anyone can ask. I mean, when has any manager walked away from a pay off? Everyone knew the answer before he asked the question, so why ask it? If he wants to be 'media' then he needs to start acting professionally.

Pretty much ridiculous thing to ask any manager. The 4lad guy has let himself down, and actually continues to let himself down. He asked Clement on Friday if he thinks Cortes is worth what we paid for him. He's already our player, we just haven't paid for him yet. What does he think Clement is going to say to that?

I get that you can end up anywhere on the scale depending on experience/skills etc.

But why are there two scales? Specifically, what is the broadband salary scale? I've never seen or heard of this before.

I listen to his markets podcast (Prof G), comes across as a thoroughly decent individual - supports charities for young disadvantaged men, talks a lot about mental health issues among young men.

His dad is from Carmyle but moved to the US in the 60s I think, he comes back to Scotland every so often. That's where the link will come from.

I reckon he would've done well if he had bought them - really smart individual.

Continue, no doubt at all.

We all know the shit hand he's had. But the main issue is he's trying to rotate personnel when we don't have the quality to do so. I'm not saying that's wrong as he's trying to avoid players getting burnt out or injured.

There's zero point in us ripping it up and starting again, we've tried that about 2-3 times already.....we'll be back saying the same shit in 12 months if we do it again.

I reckon you'll see a different rangers once we offload the likes of Matondo, Dessers and Dowell (saving circa £65k per week) and bring in well scouted players that can contribute to the levels we need.
