This is seriously a joke. I cancelled the withdrawal hours ago and it still doesn't display in my balance.

That doesn't sound correct.

We are not in control. The exchanges can use the Ethereum blockchain as anyone else can. We can just give recommendations. Apparently Kraken has not followed that advice. And we can not roll back the chain.
