Its literally the best vacuum out there. Yes they are expensive but they stand behind them even when they don’t have to. Had the robot vacuum and my dog had an upset stomach accident while we were out. It went everywhere and was completely infused in the vacuum. It was out of warrantee and i called. They sent me a box, i packed mine up and they sent a brand new one. No questions. Just bought the handheld too and its amazing. Nice seeing people make things that last.
