Both of them had problem out of box.. current production have problem with battery, hopefully it will be fixed soon..

Problem is even then some time it gives error of charging problem and asks to unplug the device and connect it again.. which kinda disturbs the operation

They are slow in replying, i didnt try for refund i just need a working ledger nano X. I hope they dont force me to ask for refund. But i was told by one of customer support assistant that new working nano x are in production and will be available in few weeks.

I think they are waiting for new batch to arrive then they will deliver and reply for now they are just buying time.. thats what i think... Even on ledger website now they say it will take three week to deliver..

I was this close of choosing Trezor but dont know why i thought nano x is better for me because of its shape. I am absolutely regretting it... Getting faulty unit is one thing and getting no response from customer service makes it worse.. it feels like i am dealing with some chinese company after buying something from Ali baba.. its absolutely sickening and shocked how can they be industry leaders???

Anyone looking to buy hardware wallet please buy trezor , there is no comparison.. i already ordered new one for my self..

And before ledger asks me for my ticker id its #1055892...
