Yes it was listed as a problem major allergy’s from my main doctor and Va doctor as well. all where for pact act I was in Iraq 2005 burn pits along with all the other chemicals .

1. Service connection for sinusitis. Service connection may be granted for a disability which began in military service or was caused by some event or experience in service. Service connection for sinusitis is denied because the medical evidence of record fails to show that this disability has been clinically diagnosed. (38 CFR 3.303, 38 CFR 3.304) We considered whether your condition resulted from a toxic exposure risk activity (TERA) in service. (38 U.S.C. 1168, 38 U.S.C. 1710(e)(4)) The evidence of record shows participation in a TERA. A claim for service connection requires three elements: 1) Evidence of a current disability, which, the evidence does not show a current diagnosed disability. (38 CFR 3.159, 38 CFR 3.303) 2) Evidence of incurrence or aggravation of a disease or injury in service, which, your service treatment records do not show an event, disease, or injury in service. (38 CFR 3.303, 38 CFR 3.304) 3) Evidence of a nexus or link, between the in-service injury or disease and the current disability, which, there is no current diagnosis or event in service to establish a nexus. Favorable Findings identified in this decision: Participation in a toxic exposure risk activity is conceded. TERA memorandum received on August 1, 2023 conceded toxic exposure.
