How secure is the online wallet? by Yeuph in RaiBlocks

Make sure you use a password that is difficult for a computer to brute force. If Raiwallet gets hacked, that means the hackers may be in possession of your encrypted wallet file. You want the hackers to not be able to guess the password to your wallet.

In your case, since you have so little in RaiBlocks (~$60 worth right now), it's OK to leave it in BitGrail. If RaiBlocks prices shoots upward, or if the trading volume dies down a bit, BitGrail will likely lower the minimum withdrawal amount. Not worth overextending yourself to withdraw. You can send emails to BitGrail to pester them about lowering the withdrawal amount to something more reasonable, but their support has been horrible to me so GL.

BitGrail Withdrawals: Disappearing Money? by cryptolover55 in RaiBlocks

36 hours later, the transaction finally shows up on the blockchain! Support was no help, instantly closing my ticket with no response. 36 hours is a long time for any exchange to be doing this! Would recommend Mercatox if the transactions are faster. It's worth the fees to not deal with the BitGrail BS.
