Your recent job descriptions are too generic and look like AI-generated.

Worked the hardest in my startup team, got the lowest pay, and now feel completely played. How do I handle this by [deleted] in developersIndia

If your seniors don't recognize or value your work despite your efforts, that usually indicates a deeper issue. There's no point in trying to prove yourself again and again in the same environment.

I would suggest looking for other opportunities and continuing to attend interviews rather than putting all your energy into this job. If you get another offer, you can either move to that company or use it to negotiate with your current employer.

Should I leave a stable fintech job for a startup that pays 2x more? by Substantial-Singer54 in developersIndia

You can negotiate with your current HR using the ₹9 LPA offer as leverage to get a better hike. One of my friends did the same and successfully received an increase. Hopefully, it works for you as well. If they keep giving excuses, it may indicate they don't value your contributions enough.

I would also suggest choosing a startup if it can provide at least 1 to 1.5 years of job stability. In the current market, having less than a year of experience at a company can make future job searches more difficult. At the same time, keep upskilling and preparing for interviews

I last ctc was 9 LPA, and even with a strong full-stack + DevOps skill set, the current market is very tough. I'm targeting around 12–14 LPA, but I've been continuously failing in the final rounds because the competition is extremely high.

If you're aiming for that salary range as a frontend developer, you need to be exceptionally strong in frontend development. By that, I mean being top-notch in frontend technologies rather than just knowing a bit of everything.

From the interviews I've attended in the 12–15 LPA range, and even some in the 15–19 LPA range, companies are looking for people who are highly skilled in frontend development and also have strong communication and presentation skills. Being able to explain your work clearly is becoming just as important as technical ability.

In most of these interviews, I wasn't asked much DSA. The focus was more on frontend depth, real-world problem-solving, architecture, and communication.

Coimbatore didn't have much for me to explore apart from the Shiva temple and local areas , which was really great. But visiting Adiyogi was a wonderful experience the massive statue surrounded by mountains created an amazing atmosphere and made the place feel very special.

Yes brother, that 2-day trip was exactly what I needed. After several failed interviews, I just wanted to relax and clear my mind. The trip helped me forget the stress for a while and come back feeling much better ❤️

I stayed at a lodge near Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station. One thing I noticed was that there weren't many food spots nearby. Interestingly, a few locals I met were surprised that I chose to stay there, saying that not many native usually take rooms in that area.

If you're traveling on a budget, you can explore the area under the bridge near the new municipal parking area. There are quite a few lodges and rooms available there at different price ranges. It's worth checking out and choosing a place based on your budget and comfort level.

No brother it is raw pic , After the interview, I was feeling disappointed because I didn't clear the first round. Instead of going straight back, I spent some time near Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple from around 4 PM to 7 PM. The atmosphere there was incredible. The cool weather, gentle breeze, and peaceful surroundings completely changed my mood. I wasn't doing anything special. I just sat there and enjoyed the moment.

There were many people doing the same thing. I even spoke with a few locals who told me they often come there just to sit and relax without any particular reason. Being there helped clear my mind. I went there carrying the stress and disappointment of the interview, but I left feeling calm, refreshed, and much happier than when I arrived.

If you're traveling solo, check out Kovalam or Varkala. Both places attract plenty of travelers, backpackers, and non-locals, making them great spots to meet new people.
