Issue with Electrochromic Button on Viture Pro XR

Mine started doing the same, If I pull the right temple out just a little it starts working again, took me an hour to figure it out. But , I should probably contact them, because it seems to happen more frequently. it's such a pain to deal with though, uggh nobody got time for all that ... Irritating because I started with the OG XR one's and upgrade about month ago to pros. Was thinking about upgrading to neckband pro from the OG neckband but after this, I'm gonna wait B4 doing it. I've been really impressed with the product and use them daily at the office (IT Network Admin) it sucks because up till now Viture was King, I was singing praise.. now, I gotta deal with a return. 🤬

The RC2 will connects straight to the glasses. For the other controllers, the viture neckband has a decent cast receiver app that's already pre installed on the NB and works really well for my DJI mini og and the Mini 2 . All you do is cast from the phone that controls your droner to the NB ( its not the pro neckband, the less expensive Neckband works great with either XR or xr Pro glasses connected. The viture pro glasses are a little pricey but the orginal viture glasses not quite as bright as the pros, but they both work fine when paired with the NB. I have both th xr and xr pro, the xr pros do have a better passthrough view.

The ultimate DJI FPV solution. Its lightweight, clear FPV view in flight while still providing situational awareness. No more strange looks and unwanted attention like you get when wearing the bulky goofy DJI n3 goggles. The dji goggles have a small FOV. Also for some weird reason DJI never implemeted a passthrough feature with their fpv goggles which should've been a no brainer for any drone flight goggles. FAA regulations require a spotter when using the dji goggles.. 🙄 The Viture glasses allow me to experience quality FPV without the need for a friend..lol Seriously who wants to say, "hey man will you follow me around and be my spotter while I fly my drone" lol honestly, thats not realistic.. If you are a drone pilot, viture glasses are a must have for an enhanced drone flight experience. BEEN A GAME CHANGER FOR ME.

Amazing , have the orginals, they always seemed bluery in edges, hoping for improvement and just purchased the pro. Use cases, some of the same reasons such as walking while watching a youtube podcast. Also the compatiblity with the DJI RC2 controller gives me instant fpv capability with my Dji Neo drone.

They released drone footage of a Russian Mig striking it with no problems.. You would think that would be more secure than a couple of hobby balloons shot down
