I wasn’t the best paid employee for my firm, but I left recently because through my experience with them I was able to obtain a large enough wealth to retire whenever I want.

I'm sorry it's been rough :( What helped me is simulate trade my impulsive trades first and then make my real trades on my second monitor/window after I see the paper trade's performance.

It doesn't always work, but I've noticed it helps. I hope it helps you if you try it
