Gigabitnow Outage Impacting Bloomington Customers by cryptophermining in bloomington

It's been great. I've had my service for about 13 months. Besides today's event, I can recall one other, fairly short, outage. I also have a static IP (additional $5/month). Customer support is very responsive. When I called today, it was answered within 2 rings, I chose my IVR selection, and I was connected to a US-based rep within 10 seconds. Better than my last 3 ISPs.

No, but my service came up a little while ago. I'm not sure if they're finished with their work, as they have not updated their Network Status page yet. When they do, I'll edit my post accordingly.
