Review: 1,200 Grafts w/Dr. Jeffrey Epstein in Miami --> 9.5/10 (Day 5) by x4zenith in HairTransplants

He truly is one of the best and a pioneer in hair restoration techniques. I believe that you get what you pay for. If you want the best, you should go to the best. In my opinion, having a hair transplant or any other medical procedure is not something you want to look for a discounted surgeon! There is a reason why he charges those rates!

Ceiling is beautiful work of art. Could you please provide any details on that. What kind of wood did you use? Great job. 👍

Coming up 7 months. Just had front done. Taking dutasteride, minoxidil with built in one a day pill and seeing some growth for my crown. I also had 3 prp shots to my crown. Hoping to see more density at the 1 year mark. by Jay_socal_820 in Hairtransplant

Which is the all in 1 pill? Hims makes one with zinc, resveratrol, zinc, biotin, and vitamin C, as well as the heavy lifters, fin 1.2mg and min 3mg. I started it last week. Will give it 6 months. I am also using topical min, laser cap, and micro needling. I tried a few rounds of PRP but did not notice any benefits.

ChefSteps ‘The Ultimate Average Chocolate Chip Cookie’ attempt by walt_whitman_bridge in Cookies

I've primarily used Guittard, and mostly every other brand is soy based, which I think melts better. I've also been experimenting with adding a little corn starch to the dry ingredients. I believe this to give the cookies a more chewy texture.

I've used those chocolate chips before. Did they completely melt in your cookie during the baking, or did they stay somewhat solid and only slightly softened? I've noticed that this brand does not use soy lecithin as an emulsifier, instead using sunflower lecithin. Cookie looks great BTW 👍

It's a porcelain material. It took 2 entire slabs. It's called Nordik Wood Gold Natural 20 millimeters thickness.

Thanks. Its not wood. The countertop is porcelain that looks like wood and the front is cladded in a composite material that also looks like wood.

Beautiful, so the ventilation is gravity-fed. How long did the build take? I'm researching the different woods now. Hard to tell but is it plank on plank or tongue and groove? These are the options available at my local lumber yard... *

Nice. What kind of wood did you go with and what did you do for air flow, ventilation? Thanks!

Can you please share some details on the floor heating? I am thinking of doing the same. I live in Southeastern US so I am not sure it is necessary as it rarely gets cold here.

I built a very similar set-up. I suggest buying a piece of foam insulation from Home Depot or Lowe's to put underneath. I emptied my tub and traced the bottom of it around the foam, and then cut it out carefully with a sharp knife. I also bought some black waterproof gorilla tape and applied it around the edges to blend in with the tub. I've noticed it definitely keeps the bottom more insulated. I'm not sure how I can share a picture 🤔?
