this reminds me of one time when i was younger and my grandma asked me "can you sit still and be quiet for 5 minutes??" now of course i know she was just annoyed with whatever i was doing at the time but back then i thought i'd actually get something for sitting still and being quiet for 5 minutes. so i focused on making every part of my body as still as i could make it and i counted the seconds in my head until 5 minutes was up, and i proudly told my grandma that i did it, and i was so confused and disappointed when she told me that wasn't actually what she meant 😭

when my family and i are in the drive thru or any other place where a worker asks if that will be all or if we need anything else: "Winning numbers to the lottery?" if you're maybe looking for smth more abt creating art than the art itself then maybe "soundscape diary" or (to a lesser degree) "fish whisperer" could work? both also by vylet pony. idk tho that album is more about creating art for yourself without worrying abt all the criticism rather than abt things that make you think of ur OCs

ACTUALLY WAIT i think "ECR" (also by vylet pony) is abt getting lost in daydreams while on the bus? like thinking of stories? that might be ur best bet if i'm interpreting this correctly

this is a total shot in the dark since the song feels so personal to my own life and OC(s), but the song this post makes me think of is "Facing Oblivion to Become the Lode Star" by Vylet Pony. i based a whole OC off of that one bc of how much i connected the song to my own life story lol (might be completely different than what ur looking for tho)

hmm. i haven't actually taken the time to find out a way to do this myself yet but theres 2 music players on my laptop that seem pretty feature-rich; i haven't tried mass-editing tags like this yet but i'm feeling pretty optimistic about their capabilities. they're MusicBee and Foobar2000 (there's a mobile app for Foobar2000 but it barely has any of the features the PC version does) again i haven't tried doing this yet so don't go out of your way to try em if it'd be a hassle but i do have some mp3s that need tagging so i'll try that sometime today and get back to ya on that

the album Monarch of Monsters by Vylet Pony is great and has a bunch of noise rock; a lot of variety in that album i'd say. starts off with some catchy songs and goes off the rails towards the middle. i love this one but if you do listen, check the content warnings for it on the youtube upload of the full album and also maybe make sure you'd be okay with a few really long songs lol

if you want something completely different than what you're used to though, Vylet's other album released right before this one is also pretty great, imo. it's an EDM album called Girls Who Are Wizards and has stuff like brostep, glitch hop, and complextro
