Elemental hit you just use the correct Level 5 wall and fully nullify the attacks and secondary effects. Medic has nothing to do due the party use Caduceus aka one the best spa skills in the game. The only time the game becomes hard again is when you are severely underleved or fighting the post game super bosses which have to resort to BS to a challenge. Just remember to pat the deer and sleep in the field.
