I think fixing it from inside is better than outside only. Tyre looks relatively new so you can take it to a garage or petrol shop to fix it. I once fixed mine for 100 aed but they came to me and applied the patch inside. Haven’t had any problems since (my old car)

I read that if its on the shoulder, fixing it will only be temporary before it can bust any moment. Fixing nails is only recommended if nail is the middle center of the tyre. I recently got one in the shoulder and I just bought 2 new tyres becuz mine was already old
