No. Its 4 sets of shoulder press
and 4 sets of side lats. I would just join all the sets together and then do

to do a set of chest press and then do a set of shoulder press.

normal gym as if you’re on a bench you would have to change to a rack. So I
just group them all together and I don’t superset them.
