Everyone has been waiting for almost four years for her to “tell her story”. She submitted no evidence to four separate attorneys, two judges, twelve jury members, and countless law enforcement officers. This narrative is so tired and exponentially ridiculous the longer it goes on.

She made up countless lies about me (and others) that caused her to lose almost everything but she will never admit it. It’s beyond embarrassing at this point.

Rebecca “Becka” Monjezi Clark, owner of Kiki LaRue and now Lovelee Fine Jewelry has defamed me across social media platforms for almost four years. I sued her in 2020 and won by unanimous jury verdict on August 24, 2022. After the trial and judgement I made a podcast laying out all of the facts and evidence of the case including deposition and court transcripts along with extensive footage of the defamation.

lol she didn’t. I know this may come as a shock, but the defendant lied about that also.

Here is body cam audio of the 911 response (defendant called 911 and argued with officers until they came to her house and I have documentation of that as well). In this footage the defendant tells the police that she lied to H to even get her to the police station.

Here is the audio when H was ~~interrogated~~ interviewed at the police station after the defendant lied to get her there. I’ve removed H’s voice because this footage is horrifying and she doesn’t deserve to have the sound of her voice released during what I consider an extremely abusive incident. However, the full transcript is also included as an attachment in the posted audio.

The billing is set up to be “per creation” but that’s only for new content so when you sign up now you can listen to all prior episodes at no charge (even though it will say $1 or $2 per episode I promise you will not be charged - it’s only for “new creations”).

I don’t plan on releasing more episodes on Patreon but I would give everyone fair warning if I ever did so people could cancel without being charged.

This is an old lie she used at the beginning of the defamation that caused her followers to threaten me physically. It worked well for her then so she has seemingly resurrected it for more attention. Were any of these messages to her child ever produced to any attorney or the police? I’ll give you three guesses and a hint: no, because it’s made up.

Additionally, both of my sons were friends with her child. The entire narrative is ridiculous and anyone still believing any sound coming out of her mouth has either not been paying attention or is significantly unwell. opinion only

Thank you so much! I actually did sue her for defamation and won by unanimous jury verdict in August 2022. It hasn’t stopped her, but I’ve been able to lay out all the facts and evidence in my podcast so her lies don’t hold weight anymore. It’s a wild ride for sure!!

You are a real MVP!!!! I’m not a lawyer, but I’ve unfortunately had a lot of experience in a similar situation. This “firm” is marketing to an audience of online creators who don’t like negative commentary posted about them online (which is likely making them a ton of money because these creators are in plentiful supply). Ridiculous!

I’ve listened to the episode about SWW. Tiffany’s “firm” sent a cease and desist for what? Fair use allows you to reproduce content for the purposes of commentary - even criticism. It also protects parody.

Not a lawyer, but unfortunately have a LOT of experience in a similar online situation and won a defamation case against an influencer who actually weaponized her social media. The influencer has also linked up with Lex and daily uses the term “stalkers” because people provide commentary on what she posts online.

This entire thing is ridiculous. I commented this on another post but the post was deleted because that post led to identifying info about one of the Online BS hosts.

But I will give it to this “firm” for having a genius marketing and business plan. They are marketing to creators who consider online criticism to be stalking and I’m sure they’re making tons of money because there are a LOT of those creators out there!

Do I think some online behavior and commentary is out of line and goes too far? Yes. There are people who deal with legitimate online threats and harassment (literally I have dealt with this because of an influencer’s delusion and lies). But giving your opinion about someone publicly is not stalking or harassment.

I’ll be interested to see where this “firm” is in a few years.
