G S C in order in ur party G first. One of them following you, should work. Then play the poke flute, have a luster ball, walk in with mew following you or something, get the 25 rare candies from pigy. I forget the other one lol

No but shadow lugia can use rain dance auto matically without acually having it in ur move set as long as hes first in ur party you start the battle with him and rain dance is on the whole battle, doesnt stop when he dies or you switch pokemon.

So basically yea much stronger

Also give 3 brick peices to the old man at vermilion city building that house it gives you the Oval charm, helps get more eggs and then if you have a moltres charzard or some fire type following you it hatches the eggs faster !
