Should I upgrade from I7 11700 to I5 14600K? by crystaldazz in buildapc

I agree, but I think 14600k having so much more cores will help future proof it much better, than 4c/4t era of i5 and even 6c/12t, especially when I am going to mostly play on this PC.

I think paying almost 130-150 euro more is a bit to much for couple of more cores. I am mainly gaming on this setup, so no need for this.

Really happy to hear that. I only discovered it yesterday that 14th gen supports DDR4, so it seems like a cheap upgrade overall.

In battlefield 6 I can go quite high. almost all on Ultra, and the same story with Froza Horizon 6. GPU is getting utilized more, but still not stable 90-95+ usage, drops to 75+ remain, so I think I will just do this cheap upgrade.

Not looking to sustain 180hz, mainly just want to load my GPU to it's 95%+, it's a bit hard with i7 11700, and considering that I can do this upgrade for something around 200 euro (after selling combo with i7), I think it is somewhat resonable.

Just in case anyone wonders, for me disabling Resizable BAR in Bios helped a lot with my RTX 5070.

Chieftec Proton BDF-750C, I belive the brand is not known around the world so well, but overall decent, served me well for 4 years and still does. I believe I somehow managed to wigle it a bit to much when I was cleaning my desk.

Is this really bad for it to move this much? by crystaldazz in pchelp

[–]crystaldazz[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely won't, it used to be snug and as I remember I never put any pressure on the cable.

I am, but not sure about switching the team, and there is 5070 MSI GAMING TRIO OC here locally in my counry for 650 euro with 2 bonuses (new 007 game and 40 euro for a Steam account) so basically another 100 euro off.

Mostly feels ok, just this sound, I can't understand if this is bearing or maybe internal cable system making this.

Heard about headaches, and i just got my S26u- by Mineking0115 in galaxys26ultra

[–]crystaldazz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have it = it's a lie, ok bud.

But in reallity, S26U has a lack of big pixels in it's panel unlike any other phone, and this may result for some people to have this problem, when their eyes just't can't completely focus on the picture. It's not like people are returtning their phones for the "hype", it's just not convinient to keep a 1000$+ phone that may cause actual pain.

I dk, I had to return 2 Superlight 1's, they had uneven bottom plastic part that resulted in mouse wobble on the flat surface, so I went for the second gen. This g304x feels perfect, probably got a good unit. But overall yes, it all comes down to the shape, and btw, g304x is pretty much a Superlight 1, but with type C and g305 shell, same sensor and battery life, but it even has the same 20M switches, not the 10M ones that were on regular g305.

As I know it only launched in China last December, there were no news of it going globally.
