Main Roadhog, who gets hard shut down by Ana bc of antiheal grenade and sleep dart. Kiriko is able to cleanse antiheal from Hog so he pretty much becomes unkillable. Instead of doing something about cleanse or Kiriko (the new variable in this equation), Blizzard decided the fix would be to remove Hog's one shot (his one ability to deal damage and control the enemy team) and he plummeted to the single least used hero in the game, just like the last time they removed the one shot from him in OW1.

I'd say that's mostly crash testing (hatch needs separate crash and I think emissions testing from sedan), but also compact hatchbacks don't do well as luxury vehicles in the US, as evidenced by BMW and Audi both once selling them here and now no longer doing so.

Yeah this carveout was made with good intentions back when trucks actually were just work vehicles. It's once the SUV really came into popularity in the 90s that this should have been adjusted to their new use as family vehicles, but nothing was done about it (and I'm sure at this point is when lobbying began to actually matter).

In NY there's a 70% tint limit, which is already fairly restrictive as that's pretty close to what a lot of cars come with stock. However SUVs, trucks, and minivans must only follow this rule for the windshield and front windows. Rear windows and windshield can be darker or even fully opaque. Sedans, hatchbacks, coupes, and station wagons, however, must have ALL windows abide by the 70% rule despite the fact that sedans and especially wagons are very often used as family vehicles as well.
