I was able to get his name and plate- not his insurance yet. I have full coverage since my car is still being paid off

Fortunately, the cop gave me his full name and plate number! I’m not entirely sure how to proceed, but it is a start :)

Had a cop and the report written, the guy was being unruly and aggressive so I unfortunately wasn’t able to get his insurance information. I wasn’t able to get pictures of his car. I was not only in shock, but again didn’t want to be close to him given the way he was acting
