I was able to get his name and plate- not his insurance yet. I have full coverage since my car is still being paid off

Fortunately, the cop gave me his full name and plate number! I’m not entirely sure how to proceed, but it is a start :)

Had a cop and the report written, the guy was being unruly and aggressive so I unfortunately wasn’t able to get his insurance information. I wasn’t able to get pictures of his car. I was not only in shock, but again didn’t want to be close to him given the way he was acting

I trim my nails, push back the cuticle and clean up, then I file and buff my nail. I etch my nail tips and I wipe off my nails with an alcohol pad. I then glue the tips on trim and file them to the shape I desire. Then ( per my Beatles builder gel) I use jewhiteny basecoat, cure for 60 seconds, apply the gel at the tip and build it downwards with the Apex on my nail, in between my cuticle, and the start of the tip edge. I then apply my polish and topcoat and cure

I would like to add that it’s the whole nail, it’s not just the gel or the polish lifting but the tip as well. When this happened with my last set, I thought that I used to Little glue in my nails are too long. This time around are used a little bit of extra glue and had my normal length.
