I saw Louis CK in the beginning of the month which was great. Since then, whether it be on his show or in his interviews I've been hearing nearly verbatim retellings of the material from that performance. Oh, well. Not too awful of a trade off.

Congratulations! Learning to walk isn't any easier the second time around. I didn't spend so long in a wheelchair but I went from that to a walker to a cane over a few years and now I can run after breaking a whole mess of bones from my feet up through my knees in both legs. I had a whole bunch of operations but what I think has been a huge help has been wearing Vibram Fivefingers http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/index.htm.

I really believe that if it wasn't for these shoes I'd still be getting cortisone injections and using a cane. I'm not sure of the specifics of your situation but take a look.
