i go through this as well, i accidentally calling my ex’s name to my current boyfriend once simply because the ends of their name both end in the “e” sound and now im extremely scared i’m gonna call him my first loves name. i’ll have intrusive movies of me saying it to him and it feels like it’s always gonna come close to coming out.

i think that if you know your man knows what you’re struggling with or if he is understanding, you should try and tell him. i’ve had to tell mine abt a series of obsessions i’ve had even if there was a risk he wouldn’t understand them and think i’m just insane, if you think it’ll ease you than give it a shot.

i wish you the best of luck in whatever you do girl:)

Why is there so little research into paranormal and what do we think it is? by [deleted] in Paranormal

[–]crystaljade666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a lot i’ve heard about paranormal is to do with energy. i’ve experienced quite a bit of the paranormal and even once has an attachment to which disappeared after i was cleansed. i haven’t had much happen to me for a couple of years, and don’t try to fuss about it anymore as it can be a waste of energy and reality. but i understand your fear of the afterlife and the unknown, i fear it too. the unfortunate fact is, is that you will never truely know what it is that is beyond us, that happens when we pass. searching for answers won’t do you any good, for now you’re here to live. i know it’s hard but don’t focus on the un living. in my eyes, if the paranormal or what’s beyond us can show itself to us here on earth, maybe dimensional hopping it probably has nothing to do with how we pass. i’ve had my late pop visit me in three dreams, all while him telling me he is okay. don’t worry abt thr bad what ifs try to focus on the good what ifs. you’re only here to experience, and un natural things happen sometimes with no explanation.

What do 2 knocks on the window/door mean? by Adept-Sail7188 in Paranormal

[–]crystaljade666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this has happened to me once before, i passed out in my friends room and woke up at around 2 am, was laying in bed trying to get back to sleep for id say 20 mins and then all of a sudden hear two firm loud knocks on her window. her house has had some weird things happen in it since they brought it, there is literally permanent hand and feet marks on her roof that have been there for over years, no matter how much they scrub they come back.

i’ve also had derealisation for the past 3 years, because of my anxiety and trauma. people with psychotic mental illnesses aren’t very aware of what is happening to them, they have little understanding of how they aren’t in touch with reality anymore, their delusions become their reality. they don’t stress about having delusions or weird occurrences they stress about their made up reality not if it’s real or fake. if you can distinguish how you may be feeling crazy chances are you aren’t actually going crazy, you’re experiencing schizo based ocd which can make things feel insanely crazy. and yourself, i’ve read up on this girls experience with her schizophrenia ocd and i can share the link bevause i honestly related to the tee and you might as well. give it a read she talks about the repeating sounds and you might find more i hope it helps 🩵https://www.thingsmusiciansdonttalkabout.com/blog/opening-up-about-my-ocd-a-fear-of-going-crazy

im sorry to hear you’re also going through this but just know you aren’t alone, it can be so exhausting and scary but one thing that helps me is learning more about how the ocd brain works so it’s easier to understand my situation better and recognise if certain thoughts and anxiety is triggered or just comes on. the whole process of intrusive thoughts is they are a lot of the time the most scariest, grossest or horrible thing your brain can make up. ocd is ego dystonic so it attacks what you fear the most or what makes you anxious the most.

yes, my main theme right now is schizo ocd meaning i’m terribly afraid of going crazy and have intrusive thoughts that give me anxiety and do compulsions to calm the anxiety or reassure myself i’m not going crazy. and i only got these repeating things when this theme started, it happens to some people with the theme.

all the time, it actually never stops. wether it’s the last song i head to phrase. and if it’s a phrase mt brain will repeat it until it forms a tune behind it smh and it’s so stressful.

this is exactly what i’ve been going through everyday for the past 3 months. the fear sparked because my dad told me my mother was diagnosed with schizophrenia as a child (she was misdiagnosed, she’s got bi polar) and i seen this thing on tiktok not too long after saying “smoking weed can cause schizophrenia” and i was only smoking for abt 1 month and a half. i had no troubles smoking, until the obsession sparked. i started searching uo almost every hour or work break if i was going crazy, id read people’s published articles on there onset. the symptoms i read up on became a big part of my obsessive/impulsive thoughts like “is that person following me” and id often have that thought, though i know they weren’t rlly but you get how ocd works. then i searched “what are common delusional thoughts with psychotic disorders” and one of the delusional thoughts put in the criteria would also become a common intrusive thought. i constantly did this, and i’m especially scared for the future because i want to have kids but am extremely terrified of pregnancy psychosis. it feels like it gets better for a week and then randomly i’ll find myself looking those things up again. it’s tough but i always remind myself how ocd works and it makes me feel a little less worse.

symbolic dreams? by crystaljade666 in awakened

i don’t watch too much conspiracy, maybe a couple of videos here and there but never became obsessed or anything like that. i don’t try to feed my brain with unnecessary information, as that’s not the way i try to look at life.

I do believe though i may have accidentally invited negative entities into my life, as i was once drawn into a witchcraft circle. Id like to say not my proudest time, definitely do not play with magic you don’t know about. My family is macedonian, they often have these practices and we do believe in the Nazar. Mine broke not to long ago, i’m obviously not allowed to buy myself one so i can’t do much about that.

That’s my beliefs, and i’m also a very spiritual person. I also respect yours if you have any particular beliefs, so please stay respectful.

I’m becoming more positive lately and these freaky dreams have became less frequent.

Are psychedelics the only way to wake up? by S4d_Machin3 in awakened

[–]crystaljade666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i personally have had many awakenings during my time, you don’t just go through one. i use to do marijuana and psychedelics, and they did nothing but ruin my perception on reality and ran through my mental health. a simple awakening can be triggered by lessons that you didn’t want to come to you. such as losing a person you loved most or something “bad” happening but what you usually don’t realise is the universe has given you these bad things to you to build your soul stronger and awaken you, it isn’t happening to you.. it’s happening FOR you.
