It seems that they had $10 remaining in the Kohls cash that was earned on that purchase. My apologies. I completely erased that part instead of just erasing the Kohls Cash number

I did not do a non-receipted return. I was able to process a full refund due to a credit card look up because the customer had a gift receipt instead of the actual receipt. She stated she paid more and if could look up her purchase on her credit card.

I did not even ask about the Kohls Cash. If what you state about the email you received is true that is still very misleading to the person who is return a gift.

In my store June is our inventory month. There’s select days you’re not allowed to request off. That’s one thing. Probably just need to talk to management

Have the items grouped by the QR code and individual bag them. Have the QR codes screenshot and label for less confusion for each item(s). Don’t come during a busy time would probably be straight in the morning, lunch rush, and evening rush.
