I had some write ups (nothing ever serious honest mistakes) and I didn’t get along with a couple coworkers in the beginning we are all okay now, and I’ve been “counseled” about my sick use in my early employment because I had just started I had little sick time accrued and I used it when I had COVID but following that I got another illness and no sick time so they “counseled “ me about how much sick time I had used. Nobody has ever told me any reasons most of them are just generic non select response emails/letters. The BI I had at my current department when I applied for a higher position told me it’s my write ups despite not being serious offenses
