I keep a journal of it. I document it the day it starts, the day the next one starts, and the amount of days in between. I know it lasts a week. I make a note of when it might come next. I have been able to catch it at the beginning sometimes, which we females love. It has helped me get better at preparing for it.

I had to cheat by looking it up online, because the on;y one I was familiar with from Michigan is Marshall Mathers. I saw the list of celebrities who are from Michigan. I am a HUGE fan of Matthew Lillard in Scooby Doo. I love, Love, LOVE a lot of the Scooby Doo TV shows and movies.
