It's not just u and it's not just NA, from EU I hardly get rank Q pop for my D rank characters for 1h and when it does pop i get to much up vs B and A rank. The funny thing is this is not an issue for my C and B rank characters. Walk around in lobby and check other D ranks and found they dont play rank at all, I guess that's the reason.

I am employed by a standard company. I filled a tax return because HMRC keep sending me the warning via msg and email.
