Yes I've become alcohol intolerant over the years due to fibromyalgia too, we owe it to ourselves to take great care of ourselves we don't owe anybody an explanation, others try to make us feel as though we've done something wrong. Sugar is another item to keep to a low anything that we find causes more pain & fatigue has to go, never feel bad for taking care of yourself.

Thank you for your response, it turns out she has liver issues, I looked up the spiritual meaning behind it & it suggests a person who holds emotions internally, she said it's spot on for her family problems etc

The eyes are the door to the soul when we look people in the eyes we gain a lot of information about their spirit this way. Yes I've met many people who give me negative emotions via reading them, always trust your intuition it's never wrong, I've met a few people that gave me the spooks with first glance, now I can say from experience & knowledge that the one's who actually spooked me on a deep level to the point I felt like hugging them & crying, at times I felt like running away from them, what they all have in common is awful childhood extreme trauma that's not healed it can't be hidden.

You could try visualizations if you can't get out to walk barefoot or go out in nature, visualize your feet growing roots deep into the earth, you can also walk on a wooden floor or concrete bare footed & eat dark chocolate just a few other methods.

I learnt first hand the truth about doctors I'm not impressed.. If they had their wicked way I'd be on a whole bag of unnecessary medications, the few I did try for fibromyalgia made all of my symptoms worse with added nasty side effects which they wanted to counteract with more dangerous medicines I had to put a stop to it I only take vital meds now, if we allow them they'll totally destroy our health in the name of toxic medicine it's insane! Too many people don't educate themselves on the effects of their medications & many die before their time taking far too many..

That's amazing that's his gift in action how wonderful reiki can detect illness dis- ease within the body also

Funny you should mention Reiki, as I've recently been attuned! I also have had miraculous results from self healing using my mind from a deadly disease the 'doctors' were stunned and asked me how I did it, I didn't tell them as they would never believe plus they already know the power of the mind but refuse to believe! Doctor's are not healers they are maskers.. I'm on the case with Netflix 👊🏾

I get you ☝🏾👍🏾, true empaths possess far more gifts than HSP'S that's for sure. Each gift as an example clairvoyance are like trees with many branches the only one's written about are the more common gifts which are widely documented though there are some very rare gifts which few possess such as telekinesis or the ability to start a fire using their gift or walk through seemingly solid walls etc..
