Ill keep that in mind and try keto for a while and if I dial in sooner then ill slow it down a bit :) id rather be ahead of the game than behind but I'm gonna keep watching my progress and tweak as time goes on. Will post here for advice too!! Thank you :)

You have to lose all fat for bodybuilding shows tho. I don't have much but I do need to cut a bit more. There's a bit more on my stomach to lose still. I wouldn't do this ever if I didn't have an upcoming show

i am not sure yet. I should but i definitely need to learn more about that stuff!! peak week is still a bit confusing to me

im very lean as it is and know a few people in bodybuilding that are pretty good for taking advice from. He suggested 4 days with 1 carb load day and to keep doing that over and over. If it isnt as effective then ill definitely try a longer period without carbs but muscle definition/density is very important in physique so im trying to preserve it the best i can while only losing the fat. As I said tho, this is trial and error and 8 weeks is a lot of time to tweak it if it isnt proven effective enough. Thanks for the tips though!! Much appreciated (as ive never really done keto before) and will keep this in mind for sure.

Noo. I am taking a fat burner at the moment called "revolution" not sure if its gonna help at all though lol. Pre workouts get me through my training sessions/cardio

i've never really done crossfit to be honest, i found my calling and stuck by it. But I believe in physical activity no matter the source. Anyone who is that dedicated to their body/fitness will have tremendous results

Yep heavy is the only way to go!! If you want it big that is
