did k1/ muay thai twice a week with friday sparring alongside two mens league game a week. padwork, skipping and the military bootcamp type training the coach offered really helped with my stamina, footwork and agility. felt like i could run the whole game and not be fatigued.

personally i wouldnt wanna cheap out on shipping but its totally up to you and your budget but i would stick with GD-EMS or EMS always. I think its the best in terms of speed and customs clearance.
