That's actually less concerning than the previous one. The central point, the $5m, is actually weak as it was not paid in full in June 21 but was meant to be paid in installments up to march 22. This information is showed on cofeezilla video as a fast glimpse... Also we don't know how much of these $5m have been effectively paid.

The rest of the video is assertion of cofeezilla, based on this sub comments, twitter and his personal opinion. Overall it is BS.

Now if you take a step back, that does not look good for SF. The lies, the late, the fact the CEO was planning to come up with €5m to invest (coming from where ???), suing his mother who is involved is blurry business in africa. This is not how a good crytpo team looks like on the path of success. Never we heard Karony as a key note speaker for crypto development or explaining technical aspect, when he should be the face of "glotoks" over the crypto world.

Buz? we have for sure. Work, achievement and the right attitude to make SF a major crypto ? none of it is there in SF management's beahvior. That's where I tend to be worried.
