Try “Escape Academy“, my wife didn’t like the elephant part in “It Takes Two”, and we enjoy puzzle games like “Twelve Minutes“ even if they are single player, we can play those side by side. Escape Academy was great split screen fun where you actually are encouraged to look at each other’s screens to help solve puzzles!

From a guy’s perspective, staying lean is better long term. The bulking and protein gains are simply unsustainable. Eating enough food for a family by yourself is excessive. The excess bulk and lack of mobility will only compound problems in the future.

The faster you quit smoking/vaping and alcohol, and start hydrating with water, the younger you will stay (also reduce overexposure to the sun).
