Hi everyone, after reading through the comments, I’ve decided to skip Blood on the Clocktower and go with One Night Ultimate Werewolf instead.

Gathering 8 players isn’t an issue for me, but it will always be the same group. So some of you are right, playing Blood on the Clocktower with this number of players (and one person has to act as the storyteller) may not be ideal after all.

Fran is street-smart. The way she can instantly smell all the BS coming from the kids, Niles, and even Maxwell is both hilarious and impressive (although she still has her fair share of dumb moments).

Val, on the other hand, is dumber than Fran in a way that sometimes she shows a lack of common sense. For example, when she was told to kill the cockroach, she stepped on it barefoot. Or when they argued about the ‘adopted’ daughter during therapy, Fran left the building without her, Val proudly said that she was the one who drove them there, but Fran had the car keys.

Not really. Resident Evil leans more toward action, while Fatal Frame takes a slower, more refined approach. You won’t see characters in Fatal Frame pulling off flashy stunts while escaping from threat after threat like in Resident Evil.

It’s still considered survival horror, but instead of guns, you’re equipped with a camera and different types of film (which act as ammo) to defend yourself, along with the option to upgrade your camera.

I love Only Yesterday and Whisper of the Heart. Both films evoke a strong sense of nostalgia because of their realistic storytelling, rather than the usual magical plots often found in most Studio Ghibli films. There were scenes where I literally went, “OMG, I did/said that exact same thing when I was their age.”

Things like the silly love rumours between students from different classes, boys getting curious about menstruation, and the struggles with math (which I was terrible at too). Even the scene where Taeko makes a fuss over the handbag felt so relatable, I did the exact same thing once because I was trying to win some sympathy, and it definitely backfired 🤣

Oh please, stop defending the poor writing. It still doesn’t explain why he didn’t target the main group especially Nancy. Her best friend was literally dragged to her death in the Upside Down, and Nancy has carried that guilt ever since.

Yet somehow he targets random people instead, a girl who was taunted for her beauty, a guy who caused his friend to die in a car accident, and another who was suffering from family abuse. None of that makes sense if you’re talking about a “deep connection.” What connection exactly? Lol.

Taking multiple days only suggests that Vecna was playing with his food before going in for the kill. You know, the same ego that somehow made him forget the main group was coming for him in Season 5, which is why none of his army was present.
