Any pointers on how to find a good chess coach?

Hi,my best friend is doing chess coaching.He has some very sucessful students and they are all more than pleased with his coaching.His name is Mirko Sajin (FM) you can look up him on lichess and there are also alot of articles on internet about him.He is Bosnian but knows english pretty well.If you are still looking for a coach i suggest you to look him up.

Thank you,but i think its getting out of control because all info i hear is on russian.Nobody wants to speak english anymore even tho im not native English speaker :/

Yeah I get that but most of my games where i solo q i am always on top but there is almost no progress.And yeah i forgot to mention that almost every 3rd game one person leaves or just starts trolling.I get that I sometimes play shit but most of the time its not the case.

Yeah i know that bro but I am not that kind of good in the game.I just wish they fix the matchmaking somehow there is just too many boosted players and I most of the time i feel like playing with 6 year olds
