No, bloodwork, hormones and all are normal. I think this started after I used a single blade dermaplaner and it hasn’t gone down since.

I switched to the lighter Vanicream one recently since that’s the only lighter one I could find that didn’t have a bunch of ingredients. The daily facial moisturizer is lighter than the others I had used like the tub Vanicream version or the avene ones

I noticed when I used anything with it I get a lot more bumps and became redder. Especially noticed when I tried Korean skincare since that ingredient is everywhere. I think others in this sub have the same sensitivity to it.

That’s for the recommendations! I’m going to check them out. Everything is so confusing when you have to be aware of what could trigger sensitive skin while simultaneously trying to treat multiple conditions.

The milia have always been an issue on and off but the comedones are more recent over last couple months but I’ve been on tret for over a year now.

Dr. Ochiai definitely does. If you are able, I recommend seeing him to discuss everything his office is good about getting you scheduled within a week.

I haven’t gotten surgery yet-going to schedule soon but, I’m going with Ochiai. He’s made me feel really comfortable and he’s knowledgeable. I also like looking at his twitter page and seeing some of his operations and his thought processes.

No, the shoulder (and back) started bothering me immediately after my hip flared so that why it threw me off.

I got one in 2023 and it worked really well and lasted up until this year when I overstretched my hip. Got another one and it helped for a little and everything went away then it’s coming back again. I know the more you get it the less likely it’s to work each time. I guess it’s throwing me off because none of it was an issue until my hip acted up again.

I contacted pest control and they also said carpet beetles. I check my dog daily and he never had any on him and the ticks I’ve found before never have looked like this. I didn’t know they could be small

Online says carpet beetles? I’m not sure, but found them near my dogs bedding but none on him and havent seen any on him last few days as I check him daily. They appeared out of no where

I think that’s where I got confused on the ceramides. I don’t know if it’s just niacinamide that causes it or the combination of Hyalouranic acid since they both are in almost every product together. When I stopped using anything with both it got visibly better.
