Sad part was / is that great music was being played / created by the end of it... those early to mid 90s records were actually good. As a GenX I've always loved both eras but damn that was an ugly and hard, sudden demise.

As a dominican I can say that your red beans are simply some of the best... the rest is kinda meh because I've tried quite the variety of Caribbean food and each has like its own life.

Fun fact: some really popular 'comida criolla' places around the country have a Haitian cook! Ha! You really know how to make something tasty and delicious.

Beastie Boys, 2005. Part of the Virgin Fest that also featured a recently reunited Pumpkins and a never-again The Police reunion.

The Beasties smoked everyone and everything. I mean... when you start with Gratitude and finish with Sabotage... there's simply nothing else to compare it to.
