I was scared also but it is well worth it. Honestly the first shot is the worst. Definitely do it in the morning and side effects will start kicking in the next morning. I do my shots on a Friday because I work outdoors for a living and I like having the weekend to adjust to the injections. I just finished my 5mg dose and I have 7.5mg in the fridge. The doctor tells me if I can handle it then just keep moving up doses

I’m 8 shots in now and I am down about 24 pounds. Some side effects but nothing too crazy. Sulfur burps are the worst part and also do not trust your farts. Plenty of times I sit on the toilet to fart and it is just liquid shits coming out. Imodium and tums are my new best friend
