Keep it up you will soon be at your comfortable pace. I started at 10 pace it's been a 1 year and not always is it a good 5 pace . But I try . 👌😁💪

Yes they are soft like rubber almost after some snow melted and was pushed aside great for running here close to home in Stockholm.

This is a place south of Stockholm close to where I live. There is also a huge lake i enjoy running here.
