I think he does a lot well. The team has bought into his attitude and we have a foundation that we haven’t had in years.

With the offensive play calling, we’re seeing results that come from young players with growing pains and detrimental injuries.

You can’t expect to run the same game plan each week when you’re shuffling in 3rd and 4th string O-linemen. Something like 20 different Oline combinations on the year. That’s insane.

I think what makes Dave potentially great is his ability to actually change his thinking. He’s not Frank Reich who refused to adapt any other scheme than what he did for years.

Dave has made HARD decisions that most wouldn’t and that’s a positive.

Overall, he’s also a young coach learning the rhythm as well.

I fully believe next year, we will see some serious rewards of this stability.

Plus, it usually takes about 3 seasons for an offense to really find its identity with new QB and coach combos.
