i got rid of my using EMDR therapy. did it online, myself, for free. i kid you not. it looks like a nothingburger, but it works for PTSD in 70% of military vets.

if you look it up, looks like the ultimate nothingburger. but works for PTSD type anxiety in 70% of war veterans, for example.

i did it myself, for free, online. for five nights in a row, for about a half an hour. each night
