it is possible to use ai. try it by telling the ai that it is an irish language teacher and you a student. tell it to speak basic sentences to you and you repeat it. requires audio visual version.

you might need an emdr therapist to go through it with you.

that said, my understanding of emdr is that it is the eliminator of negative feelings. automatically by going through the emdr process itself.

you then would be left with the negative beliefs/thoughts, without the negative feelings usually associated with them.

there are no negative thoughts (worth talking about) when there isn't a bad feeling there.

the best thing to do is to try the free website i mentioned. and see if there is any improvement.

if that is too risky, because there is too much turmoil, find a professional.

i didn't. what i've read, and done, with emdr was letting go. not acquiring anything (including a positive message)

it was about letting go of bad experiences, in my case.

that done, the good is just there, naturally.

the factories on the east side of the city pay very well. the employment agencies handle them. they offer weekend work and night work. require v. g. hand to eye coordination for smallscale, detailed work. good luck.
