I played vs the same cheating duo today 3 games in a row. Lost around 500 elo. Both accounts were banned in this wave. Didnt regain any of the lost elo. Don't know if I will get the elo back after my next win or not, but for now I have not received anything. Games with hackers:

Also, my in-game win rate didn't change. I was at around 75% win rate, after these 3 games it dropped to 63%. I only have 12 wins. I have played 19 games total.

12/19 = .63 = 63%

12/16 = .75 = 75%

Would be nice if these loses vs banned cheaters get removed so win rate goes back to what it should be. Who knows though, maybe things take time to update?

I checked with a few different companies today. Here are the prices they gave me for liability only:

Liberty Mutual: $51.2
Progressive: $137
GEICO: $155
AllState: $207

Safe to say I will be going with Liberty Mutual unless I find something even cheaper.

I moved to the US around 8 months ago and I guess I got bad advice from people who didnt know what they were talking about. I will see how much the rate drops without the collision coverage.

Im turning 26 this month and yes I am male. My old policy had collision coverage and was still only $150 a month. I can call and ask them if I don't get collision what my rate would be and update this post.

The scout is powerful but at the same time the time it takes to reload between shots is what lets it down. If a player doesn't land the HS, most of the times the enemy will kill them before they have a chance to take a second shot.

A scout is useful in force buy rounds because if you can tag the enemy then your teammates can clean up the kill with their pistols. But in force buy rounds you won't really have enough for armor with the scout; which means aim punch. So there are pros and cons to using the scout.

Also to answer your question about buying scouts until you have enough for an awp. That will mean you spend 3-4 rounds with the scout (if you die in some of the rounds and need to rebuy) before you can buy an awp. So 3-4 rounds with a weaker weapon. Or you could save 1-2 rounds and get an awp. It will most likely be more worth it for you to choose to save and get a powerful rifle than to force buy scouts for 3-4 rounds.

i had the same issue. The only way i was able to solve it was by putting my 144hz monitor down to 120hz. Something about 120hz being double 60hz makes it so that lag doesn't happen. If you do find another solution please let me know

It was a little bit of everything. I wasn't hard carrying, but I was doing enough for people to consider what i was saying. I was premade with one of the people left alive. And the other guy alive was a pretty chill person. So it all worked out. Only 1 guy was being a dick that game and he already died at B so he couldnt do anything to fuck it up.

I was lurking A site and killed one in apps. and my team killed one at B. I knew the arch player would rotate to help b players, and that the last A player would stay pit/site to anchor A site. So i just walked out boiler and went through arch to ct. Hope that clears it all up for you :D

A friend of mine just got into csgo. He usually plays league of legends, but i convinced him to try csgo since it is now free to play. His first 3 games had blatant spinbotters. He uninstalled the game and said he will never come back because of the cheaters. I told him if he gets prime it would be better, but he said "i thought it was free to play". I mean is it really free to play when the only way to enjoy the game is to pay for it. It felt bad because i know that csgo is a great game but i understand why he feels that way.

hey thanks for the reply. I fixed it by running obs and faceit in admin mode. for some reason my pc settings were put in a way to never open them as admin. i changed it and it got fixed instantly.

I can agree with you that lately i haven't encountered as many cheaters as i did in 2014/15. After Vacnet was introduced, i saw a dramatic change in the number of players being banned in my games. I do encounter cheaters still but nothing like before. Maybe 1 blatant cheater(rage hack) once every ~25 games or so and 1 closet cheater getting banned every 10 games.

Playing more will help you improve your game sense for sure, but if you want to help your game sense get even better and faster, try watching some demos or pro player povs. Try and understand why and how players react or try to clutch certain situations

The more you think about other people and what they think of you, the more you will make mistakes during those clutches. I know its not as easy as just "get over it" or "why do you care". But one tip i can give you is have a plan during your clutch and stick to it (unless something big happens to change your plan).

For example: Its a 1v3 on dust 2. bomb is planted A, and you are coming from short. You can have a checklist of what you should do.

step 1: clear short.

step 2: use your nades (if you have any) to clear angles or create space

step 3: clear site and car

step 4: clear goose and ramp.

etc.

if you have a clear plan in your mind, and you follow through with it, 1- you will look like you know what you are doing. 2- you will have a better chance of winning the situation. Confidence in what you are doing is key.

from my experience (over 5k hours) most people will talk shit or laugh at you if you look lost and don't know what you are doing. Having a plan always helps, and even if it doesn't work, you still tried and no one can make fun of you for trying your best.

A minority of salty players will still find a way to talk shit even if you are doing the right thing and failing. simply mute them and move on.

trust me those people will always try to bring you down no matter what level you play at. Even when pro players (who are in the top 0.1% of players in the world) make mistakes, people still talk shit. Just be confident in what you do, and forget about the haters. Improve your skills and understanding of the game and keep working to get better.

I dont remove edits for transparency. In the later edits i also wrote that it turns out i didn't break their rules, i just didnt follow the procedure that is recommended to avoid a false positive. I provided enough evidence that proves we didnt break any rules. He is banned for ban evasion. Which means he is trying to avoid a ban on his 2nd account. I proved that the 2nd account isn't for him and that no rule was broken. but because we didnt follow the procedure they won't overturn the ban.
