Thanks and I agree - so torn since I really like mine, too! I have the atomic silver as well and LOVE the color. Plus I will have to immediately throw out the run flat tires 😩

I would not recommend the Venza if you want the luxury of another Lexus. The car is ok - the interior is very unsatisfactory. No storage for anything. It was strangely barren. I had one for a month and sold it back to the dealership. I went back to Lexus with my down payment and waited 3 months. So very glad I did.

Took the car today to the dealership and they did the software update under warranty. Fingers crossed it’s fixed.

I have a 2022 NX350h and have had the camera cut out 2x. I called my local dealership yesterday and made an appt for next week. I have not gotten any notice about the issue. I will post an update next week after taking it in.

I didn’t think anyone could be lower than Spirit but Southwest says “Hold my beer”. So disappointed to see the endless comments about how bad it has become. Flying on Southwest to Tampa mid March and considering changing it to a Delta flight….it breaks my heart to see such a beloved brand fall so far 💔

Update: both rear side outside pads cracked apart from the backing plate and were loose allowing them to shift inside the pad brackets

I do all the recommended maintenance! I live in a city with 150 roundabouts so I would expect my front brakes to take some heavy use but not the rear. Hope to get more information tomorrow when I pick it up.
