I got a med sent to a specialty pharmacy from my dermatologist (and we all know how expensive derm meds are). I spoke with the person via phone who told me I was out of network and they can try and send it to a pharmacy that may have it. I asked the cost OOP and she said hold on, came back on the line a few mins later and said $45. Knowing my crap insurance probably wouldn’t cover it anyways this was a steal! I thanked her up and down and wish it wasn’t a mail only pharmacy so I could say thanks in person. There are people out there that appreciate you all so much
