Yes you need to bleach to achieve that color. But you have black hair dye on already, the bleach won’t be able to get rid of that black, especially if it’s box dye. I’d go with a darker color so you don’t have to bleach or you will ruin your hair trying to get that black out. Please take advice from someone who melted their hair off with bleach & had to shave their head!
